If you're cleaning up asbestos, lead-based paint dust, soot, ash, mold, dry chemical spills, medical residue or other hazardous materials, we highly recommend an Atrix abatement vacuum cleaner. Both the VACOMEGAH (shown above) and ATIHCTV5H (high-capacity floor model) feature .3 micron capture HEPA certified filters. You can also order the VACOMEGAU model which comes with a certified ULPA filter. All models are acceptable for use under the Environmental Protection Agency 2008 RRP (Renovation, Repair, and Painting) rules and regulations for worksite cleanup.
Both the VACOMEGAH & VACOMEGAU have self-storage compartments inside the case that hold the tools and power cord when not in use. All 3 models feature clear plastic hoses that let you visually ascertain they are free of debris before disconnecting them from the vacuum cleaner.
Filters are completely disposable- you never have to shake out a paper bag and expose yourself to the filter contents. Simply remove the filter from the vacuum cleaner and dispose of it in accordance with local regulations.

All models are UL and CSA approved.

  Note: Once an Atrix abatement vacuum cleaner has been used, it cannot be returned to the factory for repair due to hazardous material that may be contained within the vacuum. Field replacement parts will be made available to the user for the duration of the warranty period. Atrix abatement vacuums are warranted to be in perfect condition when received.
