Online shopping at Blue Lake Products is quick and easy- just click
the
Add
buttons to place items into your shopping cart. The contents of your cart
are displayed every time you add an item or click the
symbol. You
may change quantities or remove items whenever your cart is displayed.

Your shopping cart and it's contents remain "active" for one year unless you
check out or delete cookies.



Paying by credit card

When you place your order online you can be certain
the information you provide is completely safe. The
symbol in your browsers status bar is
your assurance of a secure connection.
Credit card data is transmitted and retrieved using 128-bit SSL
encryption.



Shipping charges

Shipping charges are based on your ship-to
address, order weight, and the UPS service level you select. The shipping
amount shown during checkout is automatically calculated using real-time UPS rates
based on product weights supplied by us to UPS. In the event your order
weighs slightly more or less when packed for shipment, we will adjust the
shipping charge accordingly.



Auto-generated order confirmation

Immediately after submitting your order you
will receive an auto-generated order confirmation at the email address you
provided during checkout. The amounts shown for the goods and tax (if any) are accurate,
however, the shipping charge may change (see above) and this change will be
reflected on your invoice.



Your invoice / receipt

Only the invoice or receipt you receive from us
marked PAID shows the actual
amount- goods + sales tax
(CA residents only) + shipping, billed to your credit card.

When you're finished shopping click any
symbol to
begin
the checkout process.

Checking out consists of 2-steps with each step taking
place on a single page. Entering the required information to
complete your order is straightforward and self-explanatory but if you need help there is a link on each page to bring you back here.

Step 1
Your Shopping Cart
Review your order

  Use the
Remove, Update, Recalculate and Empty Cart buttons to
change the quantities of items in your cart.


Enter your Ship-to Zip code

  You
must have a U.S. ship-to address to order online.

  If
your ship-to address is in California, sales tax will be computed and added to your order. If you're tax exempt, enter your California Resale Certificate
number in the Ordering Instructions
textbox.


Select a shipping method

  Select
a UPS shipping method from the dropdown list. UPS Ground is the default
shipping method.

   If
your ship-to address
(PO boxes ok) is in Alaska,
Hawaii,
or is an APO / FPO address only, we will ship your order via U.S. Priority Mail
if you choose.
Simply accept the default shipping method- UPS Ground, type
the word "priority" or "mail" in the Ordering Instructions
textbox, and ignore the shipping amount shown. Otherwise select a UPS service and you will charged the amount
shown. Note:
there is a $20.00 handling fee for APO/FPO shipping
and a $10.00 handling fee for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii by U.S.
Mail.


Ordering Instructions textbox

  Use
the Ordering Instructions textbox to enter
any other details we need to know about the items you're ordering.


Select a payment type from the drop-down list

  We accept
VISA, MasterCard, and American
Express. Even if you're paying by credit card, you may
still enter a purchase order number in the Ordering Instructions textbox.

  If you're a customer with credit terms, choose the
Purchase Order payment option even if you don't have a PO number. Enter
your name instead.



  Click Checkout to proceed to the Shipping &
Payment page.

Review your order

  You cannot
change the contents of your cart on this page- click the Return To Cart button to make
any changes.


Comments / More
Information textbox

  You
may use the
Comments / More Information textbox to let us know anything else
you feel is important about your order. This could include information such
as room or floor numbers, mail stops, a special "attention" line, etc.


Enter your billing information

  For credit card
customers, this means the address where you receive your credit card statement in the mail.
You must have a U.S. or Canadian billing address to pay by credit card.

  For credit
term customers, this is the address where your invoice should be mailed.


Shipping address

  If your shipping address is exactly the same as
your billing address, select that option box. Otherwise
enter your complete ship-to address.

  We
cannot ship to P.O. boxes. See

Payment details

  Even
if you are a
returning customer, you must enter your credit card
information each time you order online.

  Depending
on the payment type chosen, you may be required to provide additional
information.

   If you selected
VISA, MasterCard, or America Express-
    Enter the credit card number
    Enter the 3 or 4-digit CVV2 value
    Enter the cardholders name
exactly as it appears on
the credit card
    Enter the business name
only if it appears on the
card
    Enter the credit card expiration date

  If you selected Purchase Order, enter it in the space provided.


Opt-in email

  Uncheck the Please add me to your emailing list
box if you do not wish to receive occasional messages from us. Read our privacy policy
here.


Order fraud protection

  Enter the random 4-digit security number in the space
provided.



  Click the
Submit Order button to finalize your order.
